Trust and Safety in Between Us

Session Recordings

I will record mentoring sessions for your reection. These are condential recordings and may not be shared with others. The same agreement of confidentiality is in place for all materials I share with you as my mentee. You are invested in your own development and I am investing in your development. Please do not share any manuals, guides or other information.

Submitted Recordings
As part of continual professional development. I request to keep a copy of submitted recordings for a learning library. All identifying information is removed from the recordings and they are used only for training and development purposes.

Maintaining Presence: Mentoring Sessions are 90 minutes in length. I do not offer 60 minute sessions. You are at choice as to how to use the time in our sessions. Session minutes do not roll from one session to the next. In my experience, a 90 minute session allows for a focused relaxed space including breaks as needed during the session.

Communicating Effectively: Mentor Coaching( The What) and coaching supervision (The Who) are different processes that complement one another in coaching development. Mentoring focuses on skill and knowledge development. Supervision provides the coach with insight of how they are being as a coach. Both are essential for advanced coaches.

Facilitating Growth :The exercises and reective activities and materials provided are for your own growth. You may attend to them in any order and complete them as you nd helpful. I do not assign "homework" but I look forward to hearing what your insights are in completing the exercises.
